Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the Automation Audit Log
In Google Sheets go to Extensions → G-Accon for QuickBooks (or G-Accon for Xero) → Tools → Automation Audit Log.

Enter a Spreadsheet Name
Type a name in the Spreadsheet name field. This becomes the name of the audit workbook that will be generated.

Enable Workflow Audit Log
Toggle on Workflow Audit Log to track all automated processes — statuses, run times, and any errors that occurred.

Enable Trigger Audit Log
Toggle on Trigger Audit Log to view the statuses of the Google Triggers running behind your automated workflows.

Generate the Dashboard
Click Save / Generate. A Dashboard spreadsheet is created showing all Google Triggers and Workflow statuses with direct spreadsheet links.

The Three Audit Tabs
After a few automation cycles run, three tabs appear in your audit spreadsheet:

Workflow Audit Log
All active spreadsheets, run times, spreadsheet URLs, and whether any errors occurred during the refresh process.

Trigger Audit Log
All Google Triggers with associated spreadsheets, URLs, and the exact time each trigger was executed.
📊 Tab 03
Dashboard
Visual overview of running triggers and workflows. Problematic spreadsheets are linked for quick investigation. A second graph shows the most recently triggered worksheets.
